Asylum Seeker Assistance Project

Teresa

Collaboration

We believe partnership is the most effective way to improve the lives of asylum seekers. We are committed to building a coalition of providers to serve and support our clients.

Diversity

We believe that inclusion makes us stronger.

Empowerment

We believe our clients, staff, volunteers, and supporters come to us with a wellspring of skills, abilities, and expertise. Our job is to build on these strengths to encourage and empower.

Innovation

Our work requires us to address seemingly intractable problems. With courage, imagination, and grit, we believe we can create meaningful change.

Social Justice

We believe that all people have the right to equitable treatment and a fair allocation of community resources.

Our office is located in NW DC walking distance from the Dupont Circle metro station. The exact address is available upon request. Two hour off-street parking is available but limited. The nearest parking garage is located at 1000 S Street, NW. We encourage visitors to use public transportation when possible.
